Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at Dealvyne. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, we make returns and refunds as smooth as possible.

Eligible Items
Returns are accepted for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customized, intimate, or perishable items may not be returnable due to hygiene or personalization restrictions.

Return Window
You must initiate returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Obtaining RA Number
Please contact customer support to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back. Returns without an RA number may be rejected.

Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and may reflect deductions for restocking, shipping, or taxes if applicable.

Exchanges and Discounts
Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles are possible by contacting support. Sale items can be returned, with refunds reflecting the purchase price. Additional charges may apply for exchanges.

Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a trackable service for safe delivery. Some items may incur restocking fees.
